HISTORY

Camp Point Mutual Insurance Company was chartered in 1877 by a group of Adams County farmers seeking affordable insurance to guard against catastrophic loss.  We have been in the same location since 1913 and we operate today as then with a board of directors elected by our policyholders.  Daily operations are directed by a secretary / manager and our staff.

Camp Point Mutual is authorized by the State of Illinois to provide Property and Casualty Insurance for sixteen Illinois counties through 14 agents.

Camp Point Mutual is very proud of its heritage and we strive to provide yesterdays caring service while maintaining modern and competitive insurance products.
